INTENSIVE SPACING: 4 rows, 30cm spacing on the row, 28cm between the row. Can be grown as baby leaf, cut and come again.

CULTURE: Sow from early spring through midsummer. In the north, Pak Choi is well adapted for autumn plantings. Sow 15 seeds/30cm, 6mm deep in 50mm wide bands in rows 45cm apart. Thin plants, harvest before flowering.
For baby leaf sow 60 seeds/30cm in a 50-100mm wide band. Clip 4-5 week-old leaves.
PESTS: Flea beetles can be controlled by covering with floating row covers from day of sowing.
